Responsibilities:
- Administrative:
- Generate daily operation time sheets for approval.
- Consolidate supplier invoices, gather signature and upload to server on a daily basis
- Maintain and update leave
- Calculate overtime
- Generate documents for operations (Service Report, Port Entry documents etc)
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, emails, and faxes
- Coordinate meetings, courses and travel arrangements for employees and management
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and assets etc
- Sales Support:
- Manage LinkedIn account daily
- Call and arrange sales meetings
- Coordinate with project manager on confirmed sales
- Coordinate with accounting on billing matters
- Send out SOAs to clients
- Any other related administrative for sales matters
- Others:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management
