  • Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
  • Half day on Saturday or Sunday (WFH)

Responsibilities:

  • MAIN ROLE: BOOK PATIENTS INTO THE CLINIC.
  • Respond and follow-up to consumer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.
  • Manage a large amount of queries in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Book patients in the clinic.
  • Utilization of the Clinical Management System
  • Providing customers with information about dental procedures.
  • Establish trusting relationships through open and interactive conversation.
  • Identify and assess patient requirements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Greet customers and understand their problem or purpose for contacting.
  • Collaborate with the customer service manager to guarantee effective service delivery.
  • Generate basic reports on patient bookings and follow-up.
