  • Support the sales team's day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate the sales team's calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
  • Communicate with customers on orders, deliveries, and service issues.
  • Monitor sales performance data and create frequent reports for management.
  • Assist with the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that customer service runs smoothly.
  • Respond to incoming sales requests and route them accordingly.
  • Manage administrative activities like filing, data entry, and email correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a sales support or administrative function.
  • Prior experience in the marine business is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and self-initiative.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service procedures.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales setting.
  • Able to travel for job.
