- Manage consumer inquiries and offer after-sales help.
- Prepare quotes, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory and logistics for local and international stock points.
- Attend team meetings to exchange best practices with peers.
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of managing a dynamic work environment while paying close attention to details.
- Strong team player with exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage daily problems while retaining accuracy in work.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience is required, and knowledge of the maritime industry and logistics is advantageous.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in maritime studies, logistics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizing and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to operate under pressure and fulfill deadlines.
