About the job Sales Manager (Marine Lubricants)

  • Present, promote, propose, and sell a specific brand of marine lube products to ship owners, ship management, and other clients in Singapore. 
  • Working closely with the existing marine sales force to develop potential customers for contract and spot deals. 
  • Manage customer relationships. 
  • To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotes and manage the whole pre and after sales process. 
  • To work with sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs. 
  • Research and analyse competitive and industry trends (e.g. analyse sales statistics, prepare reports, study literature regarding new and existing services, and monitor sales, prices, and services of competitors)

Requirements 

  • 3 - 5 years relevant working experience with good sales track record. 
  • Good sales network and knowledge in the marine lube industry will be an advantage. 
  • Possess excellent business acumen, communication & presentation skills. Proven ability with strong focus on performance results - evidence of consistently achieving sales targets through a consultative approach in current and past employment.
