- Deliver the customized sales plan in accordance with your line manager's approval, adhering to established guidelines, and hitting goals and KPIs
- Sustain a general state of contentment across your accounts.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis and be available to handle questions, issues, and emergencies.
- Make sure that the material is customized to maximize face-to-face contact with customers and that these meetings are conducted on a frequent basis by carefully planning ahead for customer interactions.
- Make sure that consumer inquiries are processed correctly and, if needed, forwarded to the appropriate department within the company (technical, transportation, finance, issues, etc.).
- Keep track of customer visit reports and make sure customer data is up to current.
- Negotiate contracts and draft agreements within authority levels, taking into account business objectives to optimize the relationships with both current and potential customers.
- Obtain customer and market intelligence, then forward it to your line manager.
- To ensure that you comprehend the services and are sincere when you sell them, make sure you are up to date on pertinent market developments.
- Expand the local visibility and reputation of the brand.
- Attend both domestic and international sales meetings.
