About the job Key Account Manager (Maritime Software)
Key duties include:
- Directly boosting revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and acquiring new clients.
- Examine, evaluate, and put into practice specific growth plans for each account you are in charge of.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to advance corporate policies and expansion strategies.
- Keep up positive, active interactions with customers to improve customer retention.
- Stay informed about changes in the market that affect the business sectors of the organization.
- Represent the business in conferences, trade events, and exhibitions as an ambassador.
- 30 to 50 days of travel are anticipated annually.
Competencies, Expertise, and Knowledge:
- An international business degree is preferable, but not required.
- While not required, prior seafaring experience would be advantageous.
- Five years' worth of sales and/or account management experience is equivalent.
- Experience in the maritime sector
