About the job Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and review work done by the accounting team.
  • Produce financial reports, budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Develop long-term business plans based on these reports.
  • In charge of Budgeting and forecasting for the business.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
  • In charge of implementing internal controls and process improvement.
    

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Excel to generate account reporting.
  • Ability to problem solve, along with solid analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of the business process and system optimization.
  • Comfortable to communicate with various people including key stakeholders, senior management.
  • Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
  • Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • A keen eye for detail and high accuracy.
  • Good time management.
