Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the maritime and mechanical industries.
- Understand the clients challenges and come up with customized solutions aligned with industry-specific needs and challenges.
- Negotiate terms, address issues and to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay abreast with industry trends, innovations, and competitive dynamics.
- Track lead conversion progress, manage CRM system, and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in maritime or mechanical sales.
- Strong understanding of industry operations and challenges.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and related systems
