Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive daily order confirmations and coordinate with the internal company for execution.
  • Email communication/correspondence with the client and sales regarding preparedness and delivery instructions.
  • Issue a Delivery Order and coordinate with business logistics management team for collection and delivery.
  • Ordering of packing materials.
  • Preparation of shipment documentation and liaison with shipping/forwarding companies for exporting products.
  • Regularly update the status and location of ERP components.
  • Coordinate with the client and business logistics management team to clear the scrap components.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers for outsourcing and issue the necessary documents.
  • Demonstrates effective job planning, good time management and coordination skills
  • Compile all the necessary paperwork and generate job files for invoicing.
  • Create daily and weekly job status and forecast reports.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least three years of experience in a Marine or Offshore environment
