Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, and procurement teams for delivery schedules.
  • Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
  • Track order status and inform customers of delivery updates or delays.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms in all documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and close sales in coordination with Sales team
  • Handle customer feedback, returns, or complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for internal review.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • GCE "O" or Nitec Level
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Having experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Have a positive work ethic and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Resourceful and capable of working on their own in a hectic setting
  • Self-reliant, mature, and prepared to work with little direction
  • Needs to be upbeat and proactive in problem-solving
  • Hybrid work after confirmation
