Dental Hygienist cum Treatment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the dental team in carrying out basic dental treatments such as oral health maintenance, scaling and polishing, fluoride and root planning
• To conduct initial oral assessments and review patients' medical histories
• To educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care advice.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment in compliance with infection control policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Dental Council
• At least 2 years of experience preferred
• Proficient in clinical skills
• CPR certification
• Maintain high infection control standards
• Maintain good customer relations with patients/parents, and referring dentists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good team player who is able to work independently and willing to accept constructive feedback
• Experience in management of feedback and service recovery.
