Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Lecturer to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching in Law and Business disciplines, as well as selected General Education courses (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry). The successful candidate will focus on effective teaching delivery, student engagement, and academic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in assigned subjects
• Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and grading criteria
• Support effective curriculum delivery in Law, Business, and General Education courses
• Guide and mentor students in their academic progress and coursework
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities
• Assist in student assessment, examinations, and continuous evaluation processes
• Contribute to course development and improvement initiatives
• Support accreditation and quality assurance activities where required
• Engage in professional development and stay current in relevant subject areas

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law, Business, or a relevant discipline (PhD is an advantage)
• 3-5 years of teaching or relevant academic/industry experience
• Ability or willingness to teach General Education courses (Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and learning
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and academic technologies
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred
