Job Summary:
A reputed 5-star hotel in Kuwait is seeking experienced Order Taker / Room Service staff. The role involves handling guest orders and delivering in-room dining services while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process room service orders accurately via phone or system
Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and service teams
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
Ensure correct billing and documentation of orders
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in room service or order taking is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait
