We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef with a strong background in luxury or 4–5-star hotels. Candidates with Forbes-standard experience and Arab nationality are highly preferred. Proven expertise in international or specialty cuisine will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Description:

The Executive Sous Chef will play a key leadership role in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, and driving culinary innovation. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational skills, and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation

  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain performance excellence

  • Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and culinary innovation

  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

  • Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination

  • Oversee kitchen scheduling, discipline, and workflow efficiency

  • Uphold luxury hospitality and Forbes-level service standards

Preferred Profile:

  • Male candidate

  • Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels (luxury segment preferred)

  • Forbes background is a strong plus (high priority)

  • Arab nationality preferred

  • Strong cuisine experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
