Job Description:
The Executive Sous Chef will play a key leadership role in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, and driving culinary innovation. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational skills, and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation

Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain performance excellence

Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and culinary innovation

Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination

Oversee kitchen scheduling, discipline, and workflow efficiency

Uphold luxury hospitality and Forbes-level service standards
Preferred Profile:

Male candidate

Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels (luxury segment preferred)
