Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Language Instructor to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality language instruction, enhancing students' communication skills, and supporting academic success through effective teaching and assessment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging language instruction to undergraduate students
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives
• Improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Conduct classroom activities that promote active learning and student participation
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support curriculum development and course enhancement initiatives
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic coordination activities
• Contribute to student advising and academic support where required
• Engage in professional development and stay current with language teaching methodologies

Requirements

• Master's degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL/TEFL, or a related field
• 3-5 years of teaching experience in higher education or relevant institutions
• Strong command of English (native or near-native proficiency preferred)
• Familiarity with modern language teaching methodologies and educational technologies
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred
