Job Summary:
A reputed 5-star hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and delivering high-quality culinary standards across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
Supervise kitchen teams and ensure efficient workflow
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Support menu planning, costing, and inventory control
Train, develop, and evaluate kitchen staff
Ensure effective coordination between kitchen and other departments
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel environment is mandatory
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen
Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait
