We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong luxury hospitality background. Candidates with experience in 5-star or 4-star hotels, Forbes standards, and Pan-Asian cuisine outlets will be highly preferred.
Job Description:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth workflow, and high-quality dining standards. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining service excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting revenue growth in a premium dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service flow

Ensure outstanding guest experience and Forbes-level service standards

Supervise and train front-of-house staff to maintain excellence

Support staffing schedules, attendance, and performance management

Maintain quality control for food presentation, service, and cleanliness

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational costs

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards

Assist in achieving sales targets and improving restaurant performance
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in 5-star or 4-star hotels (mandatory)

Forbes standards background (added advantage)

Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine restaurants preferred
