Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Home Nurse located in Naples, FL. The Healthcare Home Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional nursing care to patients who are home-bound. Duties include, but are not limited to, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

Current nursing license in the state of Florida

Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year in home health care

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (preferred)
