Hybrid work model (Mon-Tues in-office; Wed-Fri remote)

Our client situated in Leominster, is expanding and searching for psychotherapists to enhance our dynamic group practice. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, intakes, and psycho-social evaluations.

Develop and implement treatment plans for a caseload of 25 weekly clients.

Deliver psychotherapy using individual and family.

Maintain clinical records and coordinate related services.

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health, etc.

Active Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.

1+ year post-independent licensure (BCBS or Optum credentialing a plus).

Proficiency in Apple products and excellent organizational skills
