Finance Manager

Our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead cost planning, reporting, and financial analysis for its production operations.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on finance professional who can drive cost efficiency, support operational decision-making, and lead a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location: Cagayan de Oro City
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and quarterly outlooks for production costs
• Review cost assumptions and analyze variances between actual results and plans
• Oversee the timely and accurate reporting of production, departmental, and operational costs
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels against projections
• Provide support during annual audits by coordinating with auditors and delivering required reports and analysis
• Drive improvements in cost planning processes and support finance system enhancements (e.g., SAP implementation and upgrades)
• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of outputs

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of general, cost, and financial accounting, as well as relevant regulations
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental
