Were looking for an experienced Segment Head to oversee a portfolio of brands and lead strategic marketing efforts to drive both top- and bottom-line business growth.

You'll be at the forefront of developing long-term brand strategies while managing a strong team and collaborating across departments.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and refine brand strategies that support business growth, product readiness, and long-term competitiveness.
  • Oversee several brands within a category, identifying opportunities for expansion and performance improvement.
  • Stay updated on trends and consumer behavior to make informed brand and marketing decisions.
  • Monitor brand performance, manage budgets, and ensure targets are met.
  • Work closely with different departments and external partners to deliver cohesive brand strategies.
  • Inspire and develop a team of marketers, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or FMCG.

  • Strong background in brand planning, execution, and team leadership.

  • Experience with market insights, advertising processes, and strategic marketing.
