Job Duties but never limited to:

  1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  2. Managing contract lifecycle and compliance.
  3. Conducting vendor management and relationship building.
  4. Monitoring and mitigating contractual risks.
  5. Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records.
  6. Facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with franchise partners.
  8. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director.

Skills Required:
