Job Duties but never limited to:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Managing contract lifecycle and compliance.
- Conducting vendor management and relationship building.
- Monitoring and mitigating contractual risks.
- Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders.
- Work closely with franchise partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director.
