About the job Electrical Engineering Intern - MEL

The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

    • Preparation and maintenance of Electrical CAD and Technical Resource Libraries
    • Preparation of project drawings
    • Assistance on switchboard and electrical control wiring design
    • Assistance on electrical product modelling and new product development (R & D)
    • Assistance on the production floor (Electrical fitting & wiring)
    • Assistance on completing the concept designs in to project drawings complete with equipment lists, label lists and single line diagrams
    • Assistance on material planning and production planning to manufacture the products within given time frames and verifying supplier lead-times.
    • Preparation of sheet metal designs
    • Draw model panel boards and meter boards in 3D using Solidworks 2013, Auto CAD for the purpose of displaying model virtual switchboards to customers.
