About the job HR & Admin Intern - Melbourne
The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Day-to-day account administrator tasks include phone calls, email management, filing, documentation, customer service, and inbound and outbound calls.
