About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading technical services company for a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technical projects across South Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and planning capabilities, a solid background in project execution, and preferably experience in telecoms or office automation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Create detailed project plans and set timelines
Resource & Budget Management

Allocate and manage project resources efficiently

Track budgets and ensure projects stay within financial constraints
Risk & Quality Management
-
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
-
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain open communication with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders
-
Provide regular progress updates and manage expectations
Project Completion

Lead project closeout including documentation, handover, and post-project evaluation
Minimum Requirements
Education & Certification
-
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field
-
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (advantageous)
Experience & Skills
-
5+ years of project management experience

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
-
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)

Solid problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure
-
Technical acumen aligned to the industry
