Responsibilities

  • Provide primary L1–L3 application support for business-critical enterprise applications, including incident triage, issue investigation, production monitoring, and user support.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and drive corrective or preventive actions to improve system stability.
  • Support production releases, deployment validation, post-release monitoring, and hypercare activities during critical support windows.
  • Perform enhancements, bug fixes, configuration updates, and support-related application changes when required.
  • Support business-critical activities during Malaysia public holidays when required, with compensation through replacement leave or holiday pay based on company policy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in application support, production support, or support-focused software development.
  • Strong experience supporting applications built with ASP.NET, .NET, C#, RESTful API, and Entity Framework.
  • Working knowledge of frontend technologies, including Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with MySQL / SQL Server, including query analysis, data validation, stored procedures, and basic performance troubleshooting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
