Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall strategy for the Sales, Marketing, and R&D departments.
  • Align group objectives with company goals to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to create customer-centric innovations and go-to-market plans.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Set sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Expand new markets, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure customer relationship excellence and retention.

3. Marketing

  • Oversee branding, market positioning, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ensure effective market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
  • Drive campaigns that increase visibility and sales.

4. R&D and Innovation

  • Guide the R&D team in developing new products/technologies aligned with market demand.
  • Champion innovation and technical leadership in product development.
  • Ensure efficient project management and time-to-market.

5. People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across the two departments.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Manage performance, recruitment, and succession planning.

6. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Provide timely reports and recommendations to top management.

Job Requirements

  1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in Sales, Marketing, and/or R&D leadership in a relevant industry.
