Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the overall strategy for the Sales, Marketing, and R&D departments.
- Align group objectives with company goals to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to create customer-centric innovations and go-to-market plans.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Set sales targets and monitor performance.
- Expand new markets, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure customer relationship excellence and retention.
3. Marketing
- Oversee branding, market positioning, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
- Drive campaigns that increase visibility and sales.
4. R&D and Innovation
- Guide the R&D team in developing new products/technologies aligned with market demand.
- Champion innovation and technical leadership in product development.
- Ensure efficient project management and time-to-market.
5. People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across the two departments.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Manage performance, recruitment, and succession planning.
6. Reporting & Budgeting
- Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Provide timely reports and recommendations to top management.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in Sales, Marketing, and/or R&D leadership in a relevant industry.

- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and B2B technical sales.
