Job Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Follow the companys business strategies and policies, and based on the annual sales goals and plans, achieve the assigned targets in accordance with the market conditions of designated region.
  2. Proactively develop new regions and markets according to annual sales targets.
  3. Prepare marketing work plans and report sales activities weekly.
  4. Manage public relations with market clients, suppliers, and third parties. Maintain regular communication, follow-ups, and service.
  5. Establish and maintain client profiles to ensure long-term cooperative relationships.
  6. Prepare monthly (or quarterly) market analysis reports for your area and attend company sales meetings as scheduled.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

  1. Support product bidding, contract negotiation, and signing in your market region. Ensure contract fulfillment and coordinate with other departments for product planning and delivery tracking.
  2. Organize and implement product and service marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage after-sales services and receivables, ensuring timely payment collection in accordance with contract terms.

Administrative Management Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for building and training the regional team.
  2. Strictly enforce company financial and expense policies. Minimize travel, entertainment, and other expenses, and ensure reimbursements comply with standards.
  3. Draft and implement regulations for managing company headquarters fixed assets, consumables, office supplies, etc. Ensure sound policies and proper adherence, while managing administrative budget and cost control.
  4. Organize and coordinate reception for important visitors, manage internal and external relations, promote company culture and values, and uphold the companys image.
  5. Diligently complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Basic Qualification Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a specialization in the data center industry.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in the data center industry and at least 2 years in a management role.
  3. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin as will need to communicate with international team and client.
  4. Excellent negotiation and public relations skills, with strong stress management capabilities.
  5. Familiar with data center infrastructure and systems including power distribution, HVAC, fire protection, and security systems.
  6. Must possess technical and managerial capabilities in coordinating multi-line resources across functional structures of data centers, large-scale IDC operations and large-scale EDC construction and operations.
