HVAC Techinician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with regulations.
• Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades or improvements when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients or facility staff regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot urgent HVAC problems.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Min 6 months and above of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ability to work with tools, diagnostic equipment, and refrigerant handling systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
