Creator Network Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, sign, train, and manage hosts, and establish efficient operation workflows.
• Leverage the company proprietary AI tools to craft livestream content strategies for hosts that align with overall corporate strategy.
• Monitor and analyze key live-streaming metrics; develop and execute optimization plans to drive hosts growth and meet their performance targets.
• Enforce platform compliance policies and manage risk controls to ensure all hosts and accounts remain legally and regulatorily compliant.
• Collaborate closely with China-based operations, product, and technical teams to guarantee seamless information sharing and process integration.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of operations experience in the live-streaming industry; solid understanding of platform rules; TikTok live-streaming experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Malaysian pop culture and TikTok content trends.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills
• Fast learner with a foundational understanding of AI.
• Fluent in Malay and English. (English as a working language)
