About the job Human Resource Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding and training of new and existing employees, HR reporting and analysis, recruitment and resignation processes, contract and personnel file management, handling employee disputes, and other related HR duties.
  • Familiar with the six core HR modules and training processes. Able to study salary trends in the Malaysian market, labor laws, and employment costs, and propose improvement plans based on the company's current salary structure to meet recruitment needs.
  • Understand the staffing situation across Southeast Asian outlets and formulate and implement tailored workforce structure optimization plans to reduce labor costs.
  • Ensure policy implementation and complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HRBP in multinational companies, with preference for candidates with HR experience in Malaysia.
  • Min Degree in related field.
  • Min 5 years working experience in HR managerial role. 
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia or Western countries is preferred.

  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Strong ability to independently drive the implementation of systems and processes.
  • Excellent cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively in daily work situations.
  • Candidates with HR experience in multinational food and beverage (F&B) industry are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin due to need to deal with international management.
