Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage material and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability
  • Generate and maintain material usage reports; track inventory movement and consumption
  • Oversee inventory control of raw materials and packaging supplies to support production needs
  • Coordinate and manage storage and handling of finished goods
  • Supervise logistics operations and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery and distribution
  • Conduct weekly inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Enforce 5S principles and ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory roles is not required, but will be considered an asset

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory control processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data entry, inventory tracking, and management systems
