About the job Store Keeper
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage material and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability
- Generate and maintain material usage reports; track inventory movement and consumption
- Oversee inventory control of raw materials and packaging supplies to support production needs
- Coordinate and manage storage and handling of finished goods
- Supervise logistics operations and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery and distribution
- Conduct weekly inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Enforce 5S principles and ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory roles is not required, but will be considered an asset
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory control processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry, inventory tracking, and management systems
