· Content creation (Write, edit, and publish interviews and articles ) & project management.
· Maintain different internal communication platforms and drive internal social media activities;
· Create attractive PowerPoint presentations, videos (e.g. extended-length videos and reels), and artwork in line with the Infineon brand;
· Plan and execute (virtual) team events;
· Be involved in global change management activities across many company locations worldwide.
· Collaborate as a team member of communication team and project team to maximize communication outreach to engage employees and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirement
· Have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or an equivalent field;
· Have acquired any experience in Marketing or Communication Agencies, Public Relations, or article writing (internships included) - would be a plus;
· Have a good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
· Are an open-minded person and love to work in a team;
· Have a creative mindset and enjoy writing;
· Have fluency in English
· Have good copywriting skills able to write well in English (written and spoken).
- Are knowledgeable in video editing software - video editing / Adobe Premier /After Effects /Camtasia software is an added advantage
- Are able to handle camera, simple photo taking and video filming for in-house short video.
- Ability to understand & apply the requirement of corporate brand style and guidelines
- Media savvy, able to generate new ideas and stay current on social media trends such as new digital trends, aesthetics and updates.
· Creative flair, great eye for design and attentiveness to details
· Must be able to understand priorities of work in progress.
