Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Planning and Research: Execute the target market development plan assigned by the department, gather insights into market trends and dynamics in target countries through various channels, and provide industry client development data and supporting information for the department and company.
  • Market Channel Expansion: Seek business opportunities through various methods, expand and attract customer channels, allocate leads to overseas sales at different ports, and assist in improving customer conversion rates.
  • Supplier Development: Collect local market information and identify service-capable suppliers to expand the company's overseas service resources.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement key customer care plans for assigned routes (regions), enhance client communication and engagement, actively promote contract signing, and ensure the authenticity and validity of contracts.
  • Monthly Customer Analysis Meetings: Organize monthly customer analysis meetings for the assigned routes, introduce customer needs especially key clients' requirements to ensure overseas sales teams understand customers, thereby improving conversion rates and gross profit margins.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage customer accounts receivable to ensure full and timely payments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above, with at least 3 years of sales experience in the international logistics/freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and business expansion skills, with the ability to independently handle complex issues and emergency situations.
  • Strong sales techniques and market development awareness.

  • Strong learning ability, willingness to take on challenges, team spirit, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Willingness to travel and work abroad as required.
