What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible for recruitment and employee relations management, including union negotiation, collective bargaining, and labor law matters.
  2. Manage employee attendance, payroll processing, and salary verification.
  3. Handle document preparation, circulation, signing, and follow-up including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, disciplinary memos, official letters, and policy documents.
  4. Establish and improve SOP documentation formats and coordinate departmental training arrangements and records.
  5. Manage procurement and distribution of medical supplies, PPE, employee welfare items, and office stationery; assist with administrative logistics.
  6. Handle Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and assist in the operation of the Safety Committee.
  7. Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
  2. Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills
  3. Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
