About the job HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for recruitment and employee relations management, including union negotiation, collective bargaining, and labor law matters.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll processing, and salary verification.
- Handle document preparation, circulation, signing, and follow-up including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, disciplinary memos, official letters, and policy documents.
- Establish and improve SOP documentation formats and coordinate departmental training arrangements and records.
- Manage procurement and distribution of medical supplies, PPE, employee welfare items, and office stationery; assist with administrative logistics.
- Handle Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and assist in the operation of the Safety Committee.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
