About the job Industrial & Commercial Air Conditioning Sales (Overseas)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Actively identify and develop new potential customers within the assigned territory through field sales, client referrals, and other channels to achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct regular visits and maintenance for existing clients, gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, and provide professional solutions and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Independently manage the full sales cycle, including client negotiations, product presentations, quotations, contract signing, and proactive follow-up on order execution and delivery.
4. Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor information accurately, and provide timely feedback to management to support sales strategy adjustments.
5. Follow up on accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely payment and maintain healthy company cash flow.
6. Establish and maintain customer records within the assigned region, update sales progress promptly, and submit required sales daily and weekly reports.
Job Requirement:
- Academic qualifications are flexible and the core requirement based on overall suitability and experience in industrial /commercial sales or technical support.
- Selected candidates will have the opportunity to undergo 3–6 months of structured training and on-the-job learning in China as part of the role.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin as will need to communicate with international client.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods to Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, Morocco, Brazil, Mexico, etc.
