Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through phone, chat, and email communication.
- Identify clients business needs and provide suitable advertising solutions to support their goals.
- Manage a portfolio of small and medium business (SMB) clients and drive revenue growth through effective account management.
- Offer pre- and post-sales support, ensuring clients have a positive experience using the advertising platform.
- Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations based on client performance and campaign data.
- Share success stories and best practices to inspire advertisers to achieve better results.
- Stay updated on advertising products and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must hold at least a SPM, Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or client servicing is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with a proactive attitude to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in business development, consultative selling, or managing client portfolios will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and listening.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with computers and handling multiple systems.
- Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required, as the role involves communication with international clients and partners.
