Our client, a leading organization in the public healthcare technology space, is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to spearhead initiatives in identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent. This strategic role is critical in shaping the leadership pipeline and driving succession planning efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the selection and development of high-potential employees through assessments, talent reviews, and development planning
  • Design and manage leadership programmes, including job rotations, mentorships, and curated learning journeys
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive succession planning for critical roles
  • Collaborate across business units and HR to align talent strategies with organizational goals
  • Continuously enhance talent initiatives using data, feedback, and best practices
  • Partner closely with Organisation Development and Learning & Development teams

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with 5+ years experience in Talent Management, L&D, or related areas
  • Proven track record in leadership development and succession planning
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and multi-project coordination skills
  • Agile, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
  • ACLP or equivalent certification is a plus
