Our Client is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join their Cloud Operations Team. You'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing mission-critical AWS and hybrid cloud environments. If you're passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and keeping systems secure, stable, and scalable, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure
  • Manage deployments, patching, scaling, and upgrades in a secure and auditable way
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform, and support Docker/Kubernetes containers
  • Support OS-level services across Unix, Windows, and appliances
  • Maintain high availability and uptime based on SLA commitments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infra issues collaboratively with other teams
  • Administer ServiceNow and cloud change tickets (ITSM/ITIL compliance)
  • Support security and governance, including identity & access management
  • Assist in cloud audits and manage certificate/key lifecycle
  • Perform disaster recovery drills and AWS maintenance (RDS, EC2, EKS, ECS, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Min 4 years of hands-on AWS experience in an operations/support role
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher)
  • Experience with Terraform, Python, YAML, and containerization tools
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking (VPN, firewalls, routing), and IAM
  • Familiarity with databases: MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, MSSQL, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and ticketing systems
  • Experience with cloud cost optimization and AWS monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of high-throughput systems and event-driven architectures
  • Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
