Role Overview:


Theyre looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Engineer to drive sales growth of LPG filling equipment and related machinery across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves a combination of strategic business development, technical consultation, and proactive client engagement to meet regional sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, visit, and propose LPG filling equipment tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting reports.
  • Diagnose issues with installed equipment and advise customers on new solutions and developments.
  • Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products and stay informed about industry advancements.
  • Visit potential buyers to demonstrate products, showcase samples/catalogs, and communicate pricing, availability, and advantages.
  • Secure, renew, and manage customer orders, coordinating timely delivery.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Provide input for the design and development of customized machinery when required.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations clearly explaining product features and benefits.
  • Create and manage sales and service contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, legacy systems, emerging technologies, and product developments.
  • Identify resale opportunities and actively support local agents to achieve sales objectives.
  • Arrange product demonstrations and site visits as necessary.
  • Attend company-led training seminars to maintain thorough product knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to fully understand customer requirements and promote sales effectively.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to determine system specifications and equipment needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to introduce products into new markets.
  • Prepare, present, and respond effectively to customer proposals and RFPs, offering customized solutions.
  • Recommend improvements in materials and equipment, clearly documenting expected reductions in costs, labor, and production improvements.
  • Provide comprehensive technical and customer support related to equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.




Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or engineering roles, ideally related to energy equipment or machinery solutions.
  • Technical proficiency with LPG filling equipment or similar machinery is highly advantageous.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and forecasting skills.
  • Comfortable with regular travel within the Asia Pacific region to meet customers and attend industry events.
  • Proactive and customer-centric approach, skilled in relationship-building and sales negotiations.
