The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth coordination of technician schedules, tracking job progress, and ensuring effective communication with customers. Responsibilities:

• Coordinating technician schedules and tracking job progress
• Communicating effectively with customers
• Supporting operations across service and small construction projects
• Supporting underground piping, drain and jetting, and sewer pipelining projects

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC dispatching
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with small- to mid-sized projects, underground piping, jetting, and sewer work is a plus
• Knowledge of boilers is advantageous
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a smaller, fast-paced team
