Job Position: Outside Sales Representative
Our client, a leading HVAC Wholesale Distributor, is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative for their Knoxville branch. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth by securing big market opportunities in a turnaround territory. The successful candidate will sell directly to HVAC Contractors in Knoxville and work closely with a dedicated branch team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in the Knoxville area by selling directly to HVAC Contractors.
- Collaborate with the branch team, including the Profit Center Manager/Branch Manager.
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding process for 12 to 24 months, depending on experience and industry knowledge. This process includes learning how to work in each department and understanding the business model of the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Ideal candidate has experience selling HVAC/plumbing products to Contractors. However, experience selling any tangible product in a B2B setting will be considered.
Our client offers competitive compensation, with an initial base salary of $50-60K during the onboarding process, rising to $60-75K base after completion along with an additional profit share.
