Our client, a renowned leader in the Fleet Service industry offering mobile repair, in-shop repair, preventive maintenance, and DOT inspections for diesel trucks, forklifts, liftgates, heavy equipment, reefer truck, and box truck repair is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative based in Lakewood, WA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business, providing world-class customer service, and fostering effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company objectives to drive business growth.
  • Make 50-100 outbound calls weekly to potential clients, converting leads into sales.
  • Maintain an insurable driving record for client site visits.
  • Work closely with team members to generate revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Experience in mechanical sales is preferred.
  • Excellent ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
  • Proven skills in building rapport and establishing strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with company products/services.
  • Results-driven mindset.
