Job Description:
Osos is seeking a talented Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and lead generation, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Osos products and services.
  • Create engaging content for the website, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, and social media.
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and website content.
  • Manage social media channels and engage with followers to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Proven experience in marketing and lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
