WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Concierge Bellman is based at the Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore and is accountable for the following:

 

• Responsible for handling of all guest luggage during arrival and departure from the property

• Responsible for providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions and handling guest inquiries

• Adhere to our grooming standards at all times

• Welcomes and greets guests (by name if known) always in a warm and friendly manner

• Ensures daily smooth operation of driveway, hotel entrance and guest elevators

• Ensures sufficient storage of guest luggage and deliveries in the appropriate storage areas

• Ensures daily delivery of all guest newspapers while taking into account minimal wastage and cost control

• Ensure that all arriving & departing guests are correctly addressed and made to feel welcomed / thanked for choosing Oakwood

• Maintains neat and tidy driveway, hotel entrance, elevators and also the luggage storage room

• Keeps personally updated on current events in Singapore

• Ensures daily guest request is being met and follows-up on daily request and complaint

• Promptly deliver and retrieve guest luggage, deliveries and messages

• Maintains good relationship with all taxi, coach and travel companies

• Any other duties as directed

• Ability to work in rotational shift as per the demand of the operation.
