As a Dutch-speaking Digital Onboarding Specialist at CareersRocket, you will play a crucial role in assisting new clients as they begin their journey abroad. You will provide clear guidance, step-by-step instructions, and ongoing support to ensure clients feel confident and comfortable navigating their relocation and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with account creation, setup, and initial onboarding processes via video calls, chat, and email.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on CareersRocket services, including job placement assistance, relocation support, paperwork management, and cultural orientation.
- Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Document client interactions and feedback to help improve our onboarding and support services.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless and supportive.
Who We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, empathetic approach.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently.
- Strong organizational skills and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and adapting quickly.
