We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appearance Assistant to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, youll help ensure that all on-camera and studio employees meet the companys professional appearance standards. You will support staff through styling guidance, training sessions, and regular quality checks, helping maintain a consistent and polished brand image.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee appearance records to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Conduct training sessions and offer hands-on guidance on grooming and styling best practices.

  • Evaluate current appearance guidelines and suggest improvements where needed.

  • Approve new employees appearance before they begin their roles.

  • Prepare and distribute documentation and visual guides outlining appearance policies.

  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure standards are consistently met.

  • Communicate updates and reminders about appearance expectations through internal channels.

  • Organize workshops and refresher sessions to promote consistent professional presentation.

  • Review requests for appearance adjustments and make informed recommendations.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal grooming, styling, or a similar role, with at least 1 year focused on appearance standards or image management.

  • Diploma or professional training in makeup, hairstyling, fashion, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high sense of professionalism.

  • Proficient with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.).

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of makeup, hairstyling, or skincare techniques for on-camera or studio settings is an advantage.

  • Available to work standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
