Position: Account Manager Executive
Location: Remote within Spain
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance objectives.

Focus on developing new business within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment through proactive outbound activities.

Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and revenue growth.

Monitor, manage, and report on sales activities to align with overall business goals and strategic plans.

Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet client requirements and company standards.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company CRM, ensuring full documentation of all client interactions and sales processes.
Requirements:

Fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business developmentpreferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

Demonstrated success in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding set targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer literacy.

Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.

Previous experience in channel or partner sales will be considered an advantage.
