Position: Account Manager Executive
Location: Remote within Spain
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance objectives.

  • Focus on developing new business within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment through proactive outbound activities.

  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and revenue growth.

  • Monitor, manage, and report on sales activities to align with overall business goals and strategic plans.

  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet client requirements and company standards.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company CRM, ensuring full documentation of all client interactions and sales processes.



Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business developmentpreferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding set targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer literacy.

  • Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.

  • Previous experience in channel or partner sales will be considered an advantage.
