We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Shuffler Team Manager to lead, support, and develop a high-performing team. In this role, you will foster a positive work culture, drive team engagement, and ensure operational excellence in line with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to encourage both personal and professional growth.

  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, including attendance management and performance oversight.

  • Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment through open communication and regular team interactions.

  • Identify individual and collective learning needs, coordinating with internal stakeholders to support development initiatives.

  • Contribute to organizational performance by reinforcing effective training, development, and coaching practices.

  • Ensure consistent adherence to company values, performance standards, and operational procedures.


Requirements

  • Fluent level of English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or team leadership position.

  • Degree in Management or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience within a related industry is considered an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts, motivate teams, and handle performance challenges.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to work flexible shift schedules.
